This coffee will literally blow your socks off. This blend combines three Arabicas being 50% PNG, 25% Honduras, 25% Ethiopian provide a full bodied and intense cup of coffee. This is an intense coffee not designed for the faint hearted the PNG Kokoda and the natural Ethiopian provide for big flavours in the cup of spice, malt and tropical Fruits. The Kokoda also offers a distinct sweetness, so best not to add sugar until after you taste.

Honduras Marcarla Exotic Sundried
This is for people who favour excitement over subtlety. This sundried Arabica is nutty, sweet and wild. It has the body of burgundy and a scent of ripe fruit with a unique aftertaste which pleases lovers of strong coffee. The complexity of this cup is the direct result of the unwashed method; At the coffee mill, the beans are layed out on patios allowing the sun to dry the coffee cherry while the fleshy part of the fruit is still attached to the bean. Our AirRoasting process is ideal for producing an even roast with these beans as the varying bean densities can be troublesome if drum roasted.
