Dark Drinking Chocolate
28% Cocoa – 1kg
This blend is like biting into a block of rich dark chocolate. It is am amazing combination of five exceptional Arabicas being 39% Honduras, 22% Indonesian, 17% Tanzania, 11% Ethiopia and 11% Nicaraguan. When cupped we identified distinct port, plum flavours initially followed by a chocolate and blackberry aftertaste. This is a medium strength coffee that is very easy to drink and extremely pleasing on the pallet from the first sip to the last.
Honduras Marcarla Exotic Sundried
This is for people who favour excitement over subtlety. This sundried Arabica is nutty, sweet and wild. It has the body of burgundy and a scent of ripe fruit with a unique aftertaste which pleases lovers of strong coffee. The complexity of this cup is the direct result of the unwashed method; At the coffee mill, the beans are layed out on patios allowing the sun to dry the coffee cherry while the fleshy part of the fruit is still attached to the bean. Our AirRoasting process is ideal for producing an even roast with these beans as the varying bean densities can be troublesome if drum roasted.
